In preparation for the upcoming Mercury Retrograde, put extra energy into completing important tasks by September 16th.. Once the moon is at apogee (around September 13th/14th), some anxiety will be felt on a very physical level. The feeling of falling behind may create temporary depression. Make sure to drink plenty of water, as dehydration will be a common concern.
Mercury appearing to move backwards is what is referred to as Mercury Retrograde. This retrograde casts a shadow on all dealings with technology, travel, communication and schedules. Interaction with our external world is challenged by this astrological occurrence, yet introspection and mental clarity work is heightened during this time.
