Why are we manifesting unwanted repetitive cycles and behaviors? Often times, these are learned behaviors, coping strategies that have become ways to deal with stressful situations. Somewhere along the way in life, whether it be in early childhood or adulthood, you may have learned that doing these behaviors helped to relieve distress.
Self-defeating habits include fear of taking healthy risks, negative self-talk, inability to ask for help, obsessing about perfection, people-pleasing (at the cost of your own happiness), self-guilt or feeling undeserving... and the most common: procrastination.
The goal now is to break harmful cycles by replacing those maladaptive behaviors with spiritual tools of energy balancing.
